I began a relationship with you this year (2009). I had some weed problems that the first technician I had could not seem to get under control. I placed a call to the office to see if I could get some additional help. I received a call from Tommy. He was patient to listen to my complaint/concerns with the service I was (not) getting. He came out on his nickel to assess my situation. He came back several times on his nickel to remedy the problem. He called me often to convey the situation and the work he was doing. He showed up when he said he would. He performed the work he promised to perform. Today I have ZERO weeds and a very PLUSH lawn of thick, green grass. I am definitely the envy of the neighborhood! I want to pat Tommy on the back publically for not only saving a customer account, but also making a lifetime customer. His commitment, patience, and hard work are to be commended!
