Is Summer Really Over?
We are wrapping up our Fall Fertilization and will be applying the important Late Fall Weed-Control Treatment during October and November. The August or September fertilization is the final fertilizer treatment for warm-season turf such as bermudagrass.
Overseeding with Fescue
September and October are ideal times to seed or overseed tall fescue lawns. If you'd like more information about aeration and overseeding, be sure to check out the information at the bottom of this page.

If you are going to do your own seeding call LawnAmerica and we can sell you our professional mix of three quality fescue varieties. Be careful on what you purchase from the stores. Much of it is not good seed and will contain weed and other crop seeds in the blend.
Your final regular lawn treatment will help prevent winter weeds from taking over your lawn, and allow your turf to be practically weed-free next early spring. This treatment does need to be watered into the soil within a few days of treatment.
